Luis Padilla is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of industry experience. A long-time resident of Bay Harbor Islands for the past 30 years, Luis has built and led multiple successful real estate companies throughout his career. He holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Business and has been deeply involved in advancing the real estate profession at both local and national levels. Luis served as the National President of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals and sat on the Board of Directors for the Miami Association of Realtors. He is also a certified Tom Ferry real estate coach, helping agents nationwide grow their businesses through strategic coaching and mentorship.Outside of real estate, Luis is passionate about boating the beautiful Florida waters with his three children. He is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys competing in sprint triathlons, always pushing himself to stay active and inspired.
