Gustavo Perry

Gustavo Perry was born in Chile and has had a truly international experience, not only in his education but also in his real estate career, both as an agent and an investor.

He spent part of his childhood in Venezuela and later lived in Argentina. He completed his studies in Switzerland, where he graduated with a BA in Management and Marketing. In the early years of his career, he worked at Citibank Argentina as an executive trainee in the Corporate Bank and later at Citibank's Private Bank.

Since 1994, he has been involved in his family's real estate business, investing in countries such as Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Switzerland, and the United States.

In 2014, he founded his own brokerage firm in Argentina, where he successfully served the Buenos Aires market and became a recognized name among his peers. More recently, he relocated to Miami to further pursue his real estate investments in the Bay Harbor Islands area. To replicate his success in Argentina, he is now also a licensed Realtor in Miami.

In his spare time, he is an enthusiastic sailor and has participated in several local and international regattas. He also supports his three children in their sailing ventures throughout South America and the Caribbean.
