Luis Padilla led my wife and I throughout the process, from setting an appropriate price for our condo, to having professional pictures and a video made of the condo, to selling the condo in the first week to the first person that saw it. Many realtors, seeking to save money on the sale of a property selling for under $300,000 only provide pictures taken with a cellphone. Luis paid for a professional photographer/videographer that gave us excellent pictures and a drone video that set our condo apart from many others.
